Arabic ad copy that converts: dialect, tone and clarity
Great Arabic ad copy is not a translation of English copy. It is written for the way Saudi audiences actually speak, scroll and decide.
Choose the right register
Saudi dialect feels close and friendly on Snapchat and TikTok. Modern Standard Arabic suits corporate, government-facing and premium brands. Many brands mix both: dialect in the hook, clear standard Arabic in the details.
Lead with the benefit
You have about two seconds. Start with what the customer gets — not with your brand name — and keep the first line short.
Be specific
Concrete details beat vague promises. “Delivery in Riyadh within 24 hours” works better than “fast delivery”.
Respect culture and context
Humour, imagery and references should feel natural to Saudi audiences. Check every line for tone, especially around religious and national occasions.
Test, then scale
Write several hooks and calls to action, test them with small budgets, and scale the winners.
